Shipping policy
LeJandrier Fine Art prints are made to order and fulfilled by a specialist Fine Art printing partner with production facilities in the UK, Germany and the USA. Orders are automatically routed according to destination to support efficient production and delivery.
1. Shipping costs
Studio Editions — unframed prints
Worldwide shipping is available for unframed Studio Editions. Multiple unframed Studio Edition prints may be included in a single order, subject to availability within each edition.
Free shipping from €150 applies to orders delivered to the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the UK, the USA and Canada. Free shipping from €150 does not apply to destinations within the Rest of the World shipping region.
Rates:
- EU and UK: flat rate — €9.50
- USA, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland: flat rate — €14.50
- Canada: flat rate — €29.50
- Rest of the World: flat rate — €64.50
Studio Editions — framed prints
Optional framing is available for selected Studio Edition formats. A maximum of one framed print per order applies. The same order may also include multiple unframed Studio Edition prints, subject to availability within each edition. Free shipping from €150 applies to qualifying orders delivered to the EU, UK and USA.
Rates:
- EU, UK and USA: flat rate — €14.50
- All other destinations: framed prints are not currently available.
Collector’s Editions
Collector’s Editions are offered unframed only. Multiple Collector’s Edition prints may be included in a single order, subject to availability within each edition.
- EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, UK, USA and Canada: shipping included.
- Rest of the World: flat rate — €64.50
Mixed Studio and Collector’s orders
For mixed orders containing one or more Collector’s Editions together with unframed Studio Editions, the following shipping rules apply:
- EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, UK, USA and Canada: shipping included.
- Rest of the World: flat rate — €64.50
Where a mixed order also includes a framed Studio Edition, delivery is available only to the EU, UK and USA, in accordance with the framing availability for Studio Editions. A maximum of one framed print per order applies. Shipping is included for these qualifying mixed orders.
2. Split shipments
Orders containing multiple artworks may occasionally be divided into separate shipments depending on the products ordered, production requirements or fulfilment location.
Where an order is divided into multiple parcels, shipping and tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment.
3. Production and delivery times
Each LeJandrier Fine Art print is made to order.
Print-only orders typically require 1–3 business days for production before dispatch. Framed prints typically require 5 business days for production and preparation before dispatch.
Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:
- EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, UK, USA and Canada: approximately 6–10 business days.
- Rest of the World: approximately 6–15 business days.
As a guide, total estimated order-to-delivery times are typically 7–13 business days for print-only orders to the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, UK, USA and Canada; 7–18 business days for print-only orders to the Rest of the World; and 11–15 business days for framed orders where available.
These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer during peak periods, for remote destinations, because of carrier delays or where customs processing is required.
4. Carriers and tracking
Orders are shipped using a range of postal and courier services selected according to destination, reliability, speed and cost. Depending on the destination and order, carriers may include Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket or Warenpost.
Where tracking is available for the selected shipping service, tracking information and subsequent delivery updates will be sent by email after dispatch.
5. Taxes
Any applicable VAT charged by LeJandrier is included in the order total displayed at checkout.
6. Customs duties and import charges
Print-only and standard drop-shipped framed orders delivered within the EU, UK and USA are fulfilled within those regions and do not incur additional import charges under the fulfilment operator’s current system.
For destinations outside the EU, UK and USA, customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling charges may apply depending on the destination country and its local regulations.
LeJandrier does not prepay these charges. Where applicable, they are not included in product prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient. They may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority.
Customers are responsible for complying with any import requirements applicable in the destination country.
