Refund policy

Thanks for your purchase. I sincerely hope and wish that you are very happy with your new acquisition, which most likely arrives in perfect condition and within the expected delivery time.

However, unexpected issues with your order might still happen and, consequently, you may wish to request a return or refund. This being the case, kindly note that we only accept requests for lost in transit or damaged items, since all of our prints are made to order. To learn more, find our cancellation, replacement, return, and refund policies below.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order at no cost until production begins (typically within 1–2 business days of purchase). Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible as your print is already being made to order. To request a cancellation contact us immediately at prints@lejandrier.com or sign in to your customer account and follow these steps:

1. Go to your order history and click the relevant order to enter its detail page.
2. If the order is still within the cancellation window (unfulfilled), you'll see a "Cancel order" or "Request cancellation" button.
3. Click that button to submit the request.

Important notice for EU customers — Right of Withdrawal

All prints sold by LeJandrier Fine Art Studio are produced on demand, made specifically to order upon purchase. Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your print is produced exclusively for you and that the standard 14-day EU right of withdrawal does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of damaged, defective, or lost items, as described below.

REPLACEMENT

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. For damaged products, please proceed as described in our return policy below.

Where a replacement is not possible (i.e. the limited edition print has sold out), you will be offered a full refund.

RETURN

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your print to request a return. Returns are accepted exclusively for items that arrive damaged or are lost in transit — we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, as all prints are made to order.

If your print arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge and the return will be at our cost, providing you follow these steps:

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • To start a return, please email us some pictures along with the explanation of the issue to prints@lejandrier.com (within the notice period as stated above). If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

REFUND

Unless lost in transit, we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at prints@lejandrier.com.
